Shipping Costs
We dispatch all orders within a maximum of 24 hours after payment confirmation. We work with DPD and CTT, depending on the type of shipment and destination.
Once handed over to the carrier, delivery normally takes between 2 to 3 business days (Mainland Portugal).
As soon as the order is dispatched, and before delivery, you will be notified via email or phone.

Portugal: Starting from 5€
Europe: Starting from 10€
Rest of the world: Starting from 15€
Please note that your country may apply customs duties or import fees. Payment of these fees is your responsibility. If payment is refused, the order will be returned, and no refunds will be issued.
What if my purchase doesn’t arrive?
It is unlikely that your product will not arrive safely with you, but if that does happen, please email here. We retain proof of postage for every shipped item.
